RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you ordered online and you find that:
— It doesn’t fit
— It isn’t as you imagined
— You were drunk when you ordered it
If the item is brand new/unworn with the tags attached you can send it back and we will swap it or refund you no problem!! Email us at email@example.com within 7 days to let us know.

Please note this does not apply to sale items, faulty items ( anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier ), special / back ordered items (if we have back ordered or special ordered an item for you that was not in stock ).
IN STORE PURCHASES
If you brought the item in one of our physical stores please pop back to the store you brought it from to remedy the issue. If you are unable to get to a store just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Please email us at email@example.com if you have questions before you buy!
If an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it or fix it. If in the case we have no more stock of the item or we can't repair the fault we will award a store credit. We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean and not stinky. All products MUST be returned with receipt or proof or purchase. Please send back items with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!
