If an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it or fix it. If in the case we have no more stock of the item or we can't repair the fault we will award a store credit. We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean and not stinky. All products must be returned with receipt or proof or purchase. Please send back items with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!
Occasionally we might be short-shipped on product from a supplier or brand. In this case if an item you have ordered does not show up we will refund your order in full.
Note: Some items on display may differ in colour but in such cases this will be noted on the display page. We only have estimates for scheduled delivery, sometimes this may vary. We will endeavour to keep in touch with you regarding delayed deliveries.
Laybys run for 4 weeks only. A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total retail price of the item (minimum) must be paid to secure/begin the layby. If the layby is cancelled, we will keep the entire 20% deposit. This cancellation fee will also apply to any returns on layby items. Laybys are payable by bank deposit only and are limited to NZ customers only. When you place your order, choose the bank deposit option, pay your minimum 20% deposit and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you would like to lay-by your order.

Good As Gold’s stock comes from all over the world and sizes and styles are limited. We will try as hard as possible to give you the correct idea of sizing and if the items are available. At times, you may encounter the following situation with our online store:
— A product that you have selected to buy is listed as being in stock, however, because we are also a physical store as well as an online shop, the shopper in our physical store could be buying the product at the same time as you. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy a product from GAG online that is no longer available. If this happens we will happily apologise and refund you the full amount.
— If you don’t see a ‘BUY NOW’ that’s because the product is super limited and sells fast in store and online. So email or call us and we can sort you out.
— Because of small stock supply we do not hold items. The product shall be yours once a deposit or full payment has been made.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Good As Gold site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, because we like to party and have the odd late night, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Although we do our very best to offer our products at a reasonable and competitive price determined by our suppliers, we also offer a global price match service. If you find the same product somewhere else for a lower price we are more than happy to match it. Please keep in mind the terms and conditions below:
— The item to be considered must be identical to the one listed at Good As Gold and currently in-stock on both sites.
— We are happy to match prices in most situations but we still reserve the right not to alter our prices.
