Payment...
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express).
Or direct bank deposits (For NZ customers only).
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). THIS MEANS ITS SAFE AS!)
All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.
Availability...
Good As Gold’s stock comes from all over the world and sizes and styles are limited. We will try as hard as possible to give you the correct idea of sizing and if the items are available.
At times, you as a buyer may encounter the following situation with
our online store:
A product that you have selected to buy is listed as being in stock, however, because we are also a physical store as well as an online shop, the shopper in our physical store could be buying the product at the same time as you. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy a product from GAG online that is no longer available. If this happens we will happily apologise and refund you the full amount.
If you don’t see a ‘BUY NOW’ that’s because the product is super limited and sells fast in store and online. So email or call us and we can sort you out.
Because of small stock supply we do not hold items. The product shall be yours once a deposit or full payment has been made.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and
Good As Gold is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain an invoice number of the item and its cost
(as well as a tracking number, this applies) for its shipping.
As soon as we receive full payment we will send the item to you!
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Good As Gold is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
Good as Gold collects customer info so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All your info is kept on super secret files and we won’t be giving your info away to any other parties.
Returns and stress free exchanges...
Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about fitting to figure out your size. If the sizing doesn’t work for you we can send another size.
WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY OR THAT ARE FAULTY AND SWAP THEM FOR THE RIGHT SIZE IF AVAILABLE.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS (NATIONAL) AND 10 DAYS (INTERNATIONALLY) UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.
(but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault)

How to return or exchange your purchase...
1) Before returning an item please email us (info@goodasgold.co.nz) explaining what you are returning and why?
2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
3) Pay to send your package via Track n Trace methods only, with the following included:
a) a clean item in perfect condition with original tags attached.
b) returns form filled out.
c) send it so that Good as Gold receives it within 7 days of emailing you.
Please note:
- Good As Gold is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free.
- Further, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customers responsibility in full, you pay all forms of shipping.
- All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping. Any international order that has been sent to customers under a free shipping offer will be refunded (or exchanged/credited) but will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
- Until an item is received at Good as Gold, it is your responsibility, lost packages = tears, so Track n Trace yo!
No fuss refunds...
If the item doesn’t fit and you would
prefer a refund we will credit your bank account via direct deposit or Pay Pal
where you can withdraw the funds.
If in the case we have no more stock of a faulty item we will award a store credit.
We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean and not stinky.
All products MUST be returned with receipt and original tags attached.Please send back items with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!
Pre Order...
Occasionally we will not receive full orders from some of our brands, in the case that the item you have ordered does not show up we will refund your money in full.
Note: Some items on display may differ in colour but in such cases this will be noted on the display page.
We only have estimates for scheduled delivery, sometimes this may vary. We will endevour to keep in touch with regarding delayed delivers.
(but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault)

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Good As Gold site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, because we like to party and have the odd late night, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
All orders will be processed within two days and shipped within five maximum. There are only a few of us and we have to sleep too, but we will try our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can.
Good As Gold privacy statement...
We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any dodgy spam company. The info you provide will help us create an easy to use online store that will be chocca block full of goodness. And help us give you free stuff and enter competitions. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information.
Joining the G.A.G. gang is optional, however it is recommended, as it will benefit you in your shopping experience with us. Once again we keep this information private and secure.
If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to part of the G.A.G. gang simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall wipe you off the list. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993.
