At the helm of Something Else is seasoned designer and artist, Natalie Wood. Formerly founder of cult-label, Sample, and experimental art/fashion project, Beauty of Nature, Wood is also Creative Director of women’s wear for globally successful fashion/skate/surf label, Insight.
Something Else fulfils Wood’s desire to combine creative disciplines, collaborating on collections with highly respected artists such as Georgina Cullum, Deanne Cheuk, Michaela Saunders, Skullux, Fontaine Anderson and Tara Marynowski. The brand’s strength comes from the collection of creative talents working together to blend art and fashion resulting in a street-chic, edgy garments for women who share Wood’s appreciation for art, music, popular culture
